Missed Phone Appointment Fee - Dr. Garnis-Jones

A missed appointment fee is required to cover the costs incurred to facilitate a phone call appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, the staff time required to schedule the original phone call appointment, rescheduling the missed appointment, and the preparation made by the physician before initiating the phone call.
